✅ SOLVED Some sort of buckle

[bottlehunterofcoscob]

I seem to recognize this but can't place what it is. It's some sort of iron buckle I eyeballed in a river. Can anyone identify it? Thanks in advance!

From what folks who know more than me have said, I think it would be a harness buckle with strap junction:
