✅ SOLVED Is this a plated Cufflink or Flat button?

Hi
i dug this piece, looks like a flat button missing the shank, but at the same time it also looks like a cufflink,
the back says " Plated " and a has a small wreath. Any ideas which of the two is it?

Although I definitively cannot identify it as a cuff link, that would be my vote as cufflinks were normally smaller and oval.
