Is this a real knife or a knockoff

I know absolutely nothing about knives. This one however has been sitting around our house since I was a kid and I never really thought much of it until today when I got curious as to where it came from. Can anyone tell me if this is real or a knockoff?

I believe it is fantasy piece to me. Most of the "Arkansas Toothpicks" I have seen a crudely made. Hope you didnt pay alot for it.

FAKE! No CS knife or sword had any such lettering on them.
