Found coming out the side of a river bank in the frio river, Texas. I'm thinking it's a scraper tool. What do you guys think? Also if it's na. Any idea on the age? Thanks

Looks too thick to be a tool, but it doesn't look natural. I would guess it is the core of what was used to make a piece, or piece's.
 
Could be a water worn flint pebble. When the creeks and rivers flood they do move dirt so the bank today might of not been the same in the past. Im not from TX so I couldnt say on it being a tool or not for sure.
