Found this strange rock at the Waal near Nijmegen the Netherlands. it weighs 1441 grams and measures 16,5 x 13 x 6 cm widest points. Is this an impactite? The glass atracts a magnet, the beige/brown material does not.

The nature of the vesicles and general appearance would suggest some kind of slag or clinker.

yes i thought that was a possebility because of the light colored square inclusion that is possebly molten brick
