Is this cap bust "Fake"

Hi I just purchased a No Date bust half dollar. I was on the impression that these were like .890 silver. It weighs a little over 10 g and when I put the magnet to it, it sticks. I am not pro on these and thought for the price it would be worth it in the silver market. Maybe not.
