✅ SOLVED Is this Eastlake style?

Hi all, dug a pair of these hinges near a home built in SW Ohio prior to 1828 that burned down in 1944. Are they of the Eastlake style? If so, any idea what "408 SPL " engraved on the back means? If it isn't the Eastlake style, what style is it and about how old?

Ice box hinge. 1890's. A little older than Eastlake and not quite fancy enough.
