✅ SOLVED Is this HAWAII? Pre Pearl Harbor?? HELP PLEASE W/Image.

I picked this up awhile ago and there is no title as to where it may be.It has a very odd artist/print maker monogram.To be "PRE-PEARL" i would think there would NOT be as many buildings as seems to be in photograph.
So i must ask the TN community for help...There is a whole bunch of inteligent people on this fourm,In EVERY area!!! ANY help will be greatly appreciated,Thank's, And HAPPY HUNTING ALL!!!
P.S.Concidered a"YARD LONG" but is not actually a yard long...Overall 21in. Image 16.in.Approx.6in. top to bottom...

"Christ the Redeemer" statue was begun in 1922 and completed in 1931.
