is this old? US Custom Service button

I was out this morning and found this button...it's about size of a penny...and has "Treasury" stamped on top and "U.S. Custom Service" stamped on bottom. There are no markings on backside. Was wondering if anyone knows about this item or how old it might be. I found it about 5 " down with my whites coinmaster gt. I was in northern orleans county, new york on shores of Lake Ontario. Sorry about pic quality. Thanks for any info.

I believe it's a US Customs Service pin, probably not all that old.
