Hi all,

I know absolutely nothing about coins (except how to spend them :)) I came across this penny that looks as though it was stamped off center. there is no edge on the right hand side, is this common for Penny's to be like this or is this something special?

Its probably not worth anything most of the modern collector grade penny errors are more then 10% off center. Check ebay for photos of them there are usally some one selling some of them. Now if theres some letters missing or something like that it might be worth more.

I agree with cedarratt, also take a look at them dimes in your pocket change. A great majority of them are off like that from the past 15 yrs or so, so many so that I don't even keep any unless the one edge is almost gone.
