Today went to old park ny (turn in all items over 50 yrs) yeah right! you want them go dig yourself!!!!!! any who I found 15 yes 15 wheats from
1935 to 1955 and no silver not 1 silver dime wtf? my machine (omega 8000 11dd ) rings wheat at 84 mid dime range and not 1 silver coin
IS THAT POSSIBLE? Anyone else had a day like that

Yes, many, many parks have been hunted in the past by people who were only interested in the silver, and pennies were left behind. Finding silver isn't easy or frequent but it still may be there in out of way places.

I have hunted a school that dates back to the mid 50's and I have pulled out over 50.00 in money and pulled out 0 silver and 5 wheats. Just saying it can happen

Sure, it's possible. Keep clearing out the Wheats and sooner or later those elusive silvers will show up.

Gtfm, I,d tell you my other coin to silver ratio(hunting parks) but you might get discouraged! I remind myself of the buying power of the silver when it was still in use, even those wheat cents could buy a treat with just one. There is silver out there, i,m betting we pass by some often when not detecting. Keep at it you might find a bunch one day.
Keep digging into sites that fit.
