I've seen a few older posts with similar tokens. I'm curious if they are still considered slot machine tokens or is there any more info on them? I found another one exactly like it for sale on Ebay, but, no info is posted with it. I'm looking to narrow down the date they were used and the significance of the 21515. I've heard theories that it was a code for a particular business, or a particular slot machine serial number, or a particular operator/owner. Does anyone know for sure? I found the Buffalo in the same general area and at about the same depth. The hole appears to have been drilled after the token was minted as it's a bit off-center and crudely done.

Yes. No more info and we may never know for certain.
