Hello [jbuenavides, thanks for efforts mate, my grandad had it for years,he loved ancient and antique stuff, all I know it's islamic written,it could be Ottoman ring,

I'm pretty sure that is what is known as a seal ring and the stone may be carnelian. It probably is ancient. I used to collect ancient stones, dzi's, etc. I still have a man's silver ring with a large piece of red coral in it.

That culture very much puts value on talisman stones.
