Issue with Controller - can you factory reset the Deus II?

I had an issue from a couple months ago during a hunt. Controller stop recognizing any of the two coils, I recharged everything, tried repairing (won't pair) and updated to 3.1 hoping for resolution. Wondering is there is a way to reset to factory settings. Including a pic where you can see - right above menu , the battery bar for the coil is empty and there is a slash through the coil symbol. Both coils are charged and flashing, Thanks

Have you tried calling the USA repair ?

If everything indicates charged and proper coil serial numbers are in remote.
Something is wrong.
You may try deleting the coils.
Adding them back (with correct set # data) and retry pairing ops and see what happens.
If this doesn’t solve. You need help from repsir facility.

Yes this, I've not had this happen, if you have two machines (I have 3) you can try adding the coils to one of the other machines and see what happens.
But to be clear, of all the issues I've ever had with the DEUS machines, its been the COILS that have issues connecting up NOT the modules..
I had an Elliptical coil on my ome DEIS I that kept dropping and connecting and dropping.. DEUS replaced the coil and that was that..
