Sunday I picked a buddy up and headed out just before first light. We figured we'd hit an old festival ground to see if anything was willing to show itself. Didn't have much luck at all on even clad..Must be a popular area. So we headed to park that we hit last Sunday and had good luck with on clad,silver and wheats. I figured I put my smaller 5x8 coil on my AT Pro and try to sniff out some more good stuff around all the trash. This had been the first real workout I gave the smaller coil so I wasn't sure what to expect, although I've read nothing but good reports on it. Needless to say, I had the best day ever so far! Two previous Sundays I hit double silvers on both outings, so when I pulled my first Merc. out I was doing the happy dance because the silver streak continued. But, I ended up pulling 4 more silvers out after that totally 5 for the day, along with 10 wheats. Boy, I'm still in my glory and that 5x8 is still on the AT Pro.
