Me and a friend hunted in Petersburg Va. Today. We walked about 4 miles in the woods in 90 degree heat but I found something I've never dug before. I believe it's a .64 cal hall carbine musket ball. I also dug some Williams Cleaners, 3 ringers, a sharps carbine, a horseshoe and a few other misc items. On a side note, I bought a Mars sniper coil for hunting in the woods and trashy areas and tried it out for the first time today. I Loved it! No loss of depth at all really. Some of these bullets were at least 10" deep!

Nice hunt. I love civil war lead especially nice clean drops.

19” is nice depth. The deepest bullets I have found was at around 15”.

Good work and keep swingin.

Sorry about that, I edited the post. It should have said 10" not 19". The deepest CW bullet I've ever dug was also around 15"..
