Hey all, anything you can tell me about this piece that will keep it out of the donate box? My wife thinks it's ugly and I can't really disagree, but I know that doesn't always mean it's valueless. It looks like a wall vase with a floral design. Definitely hand painted and is stamped "Italy" in two places (one surface and one embedded). There is some damage to one of the leaves, which can be seen in the pics. Thanks! As an aside, this app is killing me. This is my third attempt to post. The last two times it froze when I added pics.

No love? Did I forget to mention I bought it at an estate sale?

lol, I see no one has responded for some reason. I'll tell you what it looks like to me... It looks like a wannabe piece of Capodimonte porcelain. I usually refer to it as "Crapodimonte" because you will be hard pressed to find a piece that doesn't have a leaf or flower broken somewhere on it. I usually avoid buying it for that reason alone.
