Hi guys.
Was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this item I found at a Mayan site in Belize called Caracol. I found it a couple of years ago now and it looks like some kind of animals head to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards.
Shane.

looks like an atlatl tip too me

not sure what you got, but talking about belize they had a dig up here in texas called the buckeye knoll site they dug up a flint knife 11 and a half inches long and it was7500 years old. the only place you can get this flint is in belize.

Our current beliefs regarding early people and their global travels is seriously inept. Their is evidence that the Polynesians visited the new world 1000 yrs before Columbus but that would require the history books to be rewritten.....again. God forbid!!! Columbus was in fact third as far as we know behind the Polynesians and the vikings.
