I've seen this on Antique Roadshow: Need name.

I saw this exact style on Antique Roadshow. This painting is in a frame blocking the signature.

Well well well...It is an old print of a famous painting..in the bottom left corner I used my loupe and saw the copyright mark. Glad i didn't buy it.

Just doing some tidying up of old unidentified works.

It appears to be copied from an embroidery work known as “The Plantation”, produced c.1825 but anonymous. The original is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art:
