So I have always enjoyed nickels since I heard on 2003 or 2004 the mint was changing the backs. By the way I'm only 24 so I was 12 or 13 then. Anyways I started crh one year and 7 months ago and got serious about getting coin folders and filling them up. I finally got a complete set!! Last night I got a 1938 d and the week before a 1939 s!

Very pleased with my set! Also found 7 v nics, 1.5 rolls of buffs and 3 rolls of silver nics. Also 14+ dollars worth of Canadian nickels

Wow, congratulations! I'm working on filling up my 1938-1961 collection right now as well and I just got a 1939-s yesterday! One step closer- I've been working on it since I was probably 6 years old. Happy hunting!

Congratulations!

WOW! YOU HAVE DONE VERY WELL IN SUCH A SHORT TIME!! NICELY DONE!! GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE!!

Nice work! That's pretty tough to complete. Gotta have some luck with the 50-d & 39-d. I'm only missing the 38-s. Sounds like her doin some pretty serious volume to get three rolls of war nicks.

Thanks!!

122 boxes of nickels, $1430 in additional MWR, and $1072 CWR to date.

Roughly, $773 a month or slightly under 2 boxes a week. For me nickels were easy to access and check. I always lose money on dimes when I dump. Quarters just are not worth it to search as I only found 1 so far

Congratulations! That is a nice job. I am still 3 coins short and posts like yours help to keep the eye on the prize.
