Are Sheriffs Aiding and Abetting Treasonous Level Crimes by USFS Personnel, and Others?

Speaking to the author, The below Petition For Redress Of Grievance: Complaint Of Criminal Conduct was mailed 1/18/2022 to Sheriff Daniel Josephine County Oregon, Sent Certified Mail # 7017 1070 0000 3854 2935, return receipt requested, but had not been delivered just under a month later requiring a copy of Petition with cover letter being hand delivered by private hands to the sheriff's office on 2/18/2022. Postal records show as of 3/21/2022 the mailed Petition had still not been delivered. Also at that date there had been no reply/acknowledgement from sheriff Daniel on the hand delivered copy with cover letter.

Just to be clear this one has not read all of the above link information.

The phrase "Real estate" is defined within "The State of Oregon" code at two locations.
The phrase "Land" is defined within "The State of Oregon" code at two locations.

The phrase "estate and interest" is also used within "The State of Oregon" code.

People have been known to mix these phrases in discussions as most of the above falls under the "Civil Code".

The term / phrase "Mine" and "Mineral" are defined within "The State of Oregon" code.
"Mine" at two locations and "Mineral" at one location with the code.
 

Since this one did not read all of the linked materials.
If there was a reference to the phrases "Personal property", Personal estate", "Intangible personal property", and Tangible personal property" are all defined within "The State of Oregon" code.
 

More important this one did not read if the phrase "Conveyance" was referred to in the above link documents.

Just want to point out here if "Conveyance" was referred to that the definition is located in only two locations within "The State of Oregon" code. This could add some clarity and context to compare things with.

Posting additional information conveyed by the author:
The Petition For Redress Of Grievance: Complaint Of Criminal Conduct was also mailed to the Josephine County Commissioners 1/20/2022, Sent Certified Mail #7009 2820 0002 0080 1346, return receipt requested, signed for 1/21/2022. There has been as well no reply/acknowledgment from any of the commissioners, as of 3/21/2022
 

Is there a plan if you keep on getting the silent treatment / no response?
 

Up-Date; Fowarding below information from author of the Petition For Redress Of Grievance: Complaint Of Criminal Conduct:

As of 4/11 still no response/acknowledgment from neither the JOCO Sherff or Commissioners. And, by postal records check, the original mailed petition to the sheriff has yet to be delivered, nearly 3 months along now.

Forwarding from the author: Yes. Reading through the Petition list some options available. Working them out.
 

Assembler , Don't get offended by not getting a quick reply from someone ! Some people only drop in occasionally while some people (like me ) drop in quite often daily /weekly or less often!

Don't worry as this one is not offended. Just asked a question at the last posting. There is work in progress and one can't expect very many replies during this.

It appears paying for a service of mail delivery through the post office comes with no guarantee. One got to wounder if the importance of the Petition reaching its destination in a timely manner was'nt purposely made to just disappear? In the petition it speaks to problems in the past with other important matters reaching its proper destination. Very interesting indeed.

There can be a window of about 21 days give or take for the acceptance to happen and the green card to start coming back.

The main point or two should be up front and clear. Just saying.

Using defined "phrases and words" can come too 'shoot one in the foot'.

Posting below reply from Petition author:

The BLM records are not determinative, which records or products are also under a disclaimer for accuracy. There is no need to "refile" because of BLM records fraud, explained in the yearly county records filings with notice to the BLM.
The petition discloses State law acknowledges and accepts, as the grant requires, that the work affidavits of county record preserve the entry, including ingress and egress.

The equity action that the petition also presents, see the RE: at "ex rel", requires that our title be presented first, not a summary.
The pages following the first lay the foundation, explaining the various conditions, in summary, also relative and giving effect to different objectives of the petition, such as giving notice, because of past experience, relative to the charges anticipatory of dereliction or maladministration by officials for future remedy. And for instance, #7 is an equity principle with an included instruction by which the charges, to be stated, will be treated, and to reduce duplication.
The petition then states facts and asserts the crimes committed or by omission for those elements.
And then the petition continues as designated.
 

One can not mix "Public and Private".

The phrase "Files of the court" is defined in only one location within the "State of Oregon" code (1862).

The phrases "Final record" and "Custody of records and files" are also defined within the code.

The "BLM" that you may be referring to is likely part of the "State agencies".

The refile you may be referring to could be a "Service contract" (1927) that is defined within the "State of Oregon" code in only one location.

Failure to look at these definitions is a big issue in a communication in writing.
 

You may want to look at the phrases "Obligee of the authority", "Obligee" defined within the "State of Oregon" code.

Question was your communications in writing made by "Domestic mail" or by "Non-Domestic mail" as defined by the "Post Office manual"?

These two over lap is why I'm asking.
