The alphabetical list of battles and other engagements (I believe it totals 4,000) starts on page 111. That's what Ed Bartholomew reprinted.

There's a search feature on the left - I got over 600 hits for "N.C." (because the listings include army units, those won't all be North Carolina sites - but some will!).
