Julep Bottle

Hey folks lookin for a little help here. Found this in a freshly cleared field, any thoughts on time frame would be appreciated. Bottom says "Brooksville FLA" bottom edges say "6 FLUID OUNCES" and what looks to be "PAT APPL'D FOR" in real good condition cant believe a bulldozer or other machine didnt smash it.

Orange, grape and lemon were at least three of their flavors. Many of these bottle caps are for sale, much fewer bottles.
