IMO I would find it hard to believe that that stone occurred naturally, but its my opinion, as I am no expert..

Sorry, it is natural, either a fossil fell out or it originally formed around something softer. If you look at the notch there is no sign of drilling or abrading.

I’m saying natural hole it doesn’t look drilled. The hole is too rough.

I agree with it being natural.
