Found this today. It seemed to be lead possibly. It looks like a base to something. It's broke in half but the writing I can read says " stonewall"
" Los Angeles cal" "united America" on the very bottom there is a partial picture of what looks like a indian head above a union type shield. There is writing around the shield I can't make out. Thoughts?

Description: An extremely heavy Indian chief ADVERTISING paperweight. Weighs 2 1/4 pounds, 3 inch diameter and stands 1 inch tall. Stamped on Bottom "PROCESS OF STAINLESS ALLOY". Incuse casting of an Indian chief's bust with a federal shield circled by the words "UNITED AMERICAN METALS." Raised lettering around the outside curved surface reads "UNITED AMERICAN METALS - LOS ANGELES, CAL - SAN FRANCISCO, CAL - STONEWALL BABBITT. Circa early 1900s.

Thanks. Had to log in on my desktop,first time, always look at this forum on my phone or tablet. Desktop version is much handier
