Kind of Cool

Was wondering around a field looking for spots to detect and found this. Kind of cool because it is made out of pottery glass.

This is what it is:

Bottle Style 1956

This style of glass bottle dates from 1956. Note that the name of the ship has been dropped, and the contents appears below the ship.

I just thought the bottle was cool. It is still older than me. I posted it because I have seen people post pieces of pottery and such. Thought some may appreciate it.

I just thought the bottle was cool. It is still older than me. I posted it because I have seen people post pieces of pottery and such. Thought some may appreciate it.

I remember my dad having those types of bottles,,,,,not sure if they were made out of pottery but I do know they were some type of glass,(30+ years ago)

Count me in as old. I used to use Old Spice as a "kid" in my teens.
