I haven't found one yet. Congrats on the crazy early copper!

Cool finds Toasted, no pun intended, Congrats sir!!! "D"

I haven't found one yet. Congrats on the crazy early copper!

Thanks. KG I and earlier British coppers are not easy to find. Ive only got around 10 including William and William and Mary types(mostly all toasted or slick by the way). Found most at the river cob site

Nice old finds. Love the KG1!

Tough find in our area apparently. Yours is probably better than either of the few I have ever found.

Congratualtions on the coin and nice buttons! :occasion14:

Very nice half penny find! Congrats! :icon_thumleft:

Very nice. All my Geo i’s are just images and no dates as well, but as you say, they’re much harder to come by than the latter Georges. Congrats bud

Those dump issue coins are not a common find over here either.

Those Geo 1s are a very tough copper to recover. I have one really nice one and the couple others are ugly as hell. You’ve had quite a year with some great early coins.

Dates? Lol. Ive only got a few colonial coppers out of nearly 100 that have dates. Copper coins just dont hold up in my farm fields. Its been hard enough for me to find colonial silver with a date with all the cut and worn pieces I find

Hi, nice finds. Congrats:icon_thumleft:

Thanks. My year has been better than I could have ever imagined. Year end wrap up post will be fun

Exciting find. Nothing near that old in my area. That is a beautiful piece of history.

Great save. Congrats on the finds.
