I got out today with Colonial Silver Zeus and Colonial KirkPA to a new site. It was pouring down rain super hard all day today, but it didn't stop the three datectateers.

This 1730s-1740s version of the King George II bust gave off a nice "M" on "Dime" reading on my White's XL Pro 6000; it was only two inches deep, folks!

Its dimensions:
-Diameter: 27.55 mm
-Weight: 8.20 grams

Way to go on the George ll. That is a great find. The history is awesome those coins probably traveled across the ocean on a sailing vessel in some pioneers pocket. It is an honor to have I, II and III. I joined that club this year too! Big congrats on your find :icon_sunny:

Nice, job Colonial ZOyster. You guys are the Kings of All Coppa

You PA boys are sure bringing up some nice ones! The only wilvers and coppas here in the big apple are 1900s wheats and barbers :D Nice finds!

Wow I would have guessed that to just be a random piece of copper or metal. I wouldnt have thought it to be a coin. I will have to pay more attention!

Good Job bud! Kirk is right, QUALITY not QUANTITY! And it doesn't get any better than that my friend! The Right Honorable Gentleman has struck again!
