Klene Brace?

Here is another buckle of some sort. Again it is a "brace" and I've been all over and can't find anything on it. This one says: Klene Brace FiskClark&Flagg. Being in such great condition makes me wonder if perhaps it is not all that old. It came from the same area as the rest of the CW relics. Thanks in advance and I'm happy you enjoy seeing these as I have quite a few that I can't identify.
