Hello there,

Thanks to all with replies to posts, please
excuse me for lack of responses do'nt give up on me there is still
hope. lol. That is why they used to call me little moose.lol.
This is a little more recent find.lol. Wandered if this is Bulington
chert and the double knotch?

Nice piece Bruce. My guess is the extra notches are from plow strikes and not put in intentionally.

I'm with you on this one, real nice point, but I think the extra notches are from a battle or two with the plow/disc.............
 

Thanks everyone,

I had the fever bad back then when I found found that piece.
There was a light dusting with snow on the ground and cold.
The piece does not appear to shows signs of a fresh break
as I recall, I'll look it over again.

These are the breaks- not saying they are "fresh" for sure but they are consistant with the type of damage done by plows.
