Have you seen such a knife before. This was handed down to me from my grandfather through my uncle who recalls nothing about it except that it was his dads. Who by the by was a merchant marine in WW2 and traveled a lot. This item he brought home. Is this a decorative dagger of some sort? Any thoughts would be nice as I know nothing about it otherwise.
