Know What Year This Shoe buckle Might Be

Hey everyone,

Got a great find a bit ago just listed it today, Some one in our club said it was a shoe buckle. It may date in the 1700 or 1800s. Has anyone ever see one like this one before. They told me it was in great shape. Thanks again eastcoast metal detecting Mike
