knowing what silver to look for

im a newbie and was wondering about what silver quarters to look for roll hunting or any hunting.whats the differences in the silver according to years.any help is appreciated.thanks.

1965 and below for quarters dimes, half dollars and silver dollars... to start... H.H.

thanks a whole lot guys i guess i can start looking but what do i do with them once i find them.just hang on to them or sell them as is or melt them down for the silver or what.
