Greetings, here is a cute little story with a happy ending and pics that I received in an email.....
It is not common for Koalas to bear twins, and, regrettably in this instance the Mum was killed
by a passing car. Fortunately, the driver stopped and, not realizing the mother was dead, took
her to the local vet, where it was discovered that these twins were in her pouch.
The first pic shows one of them being fed with a syringe. So tiny!!
Following is a pictorial chronology of their growth. Enjoy.
