I have a 1977 $20 serial #B00012300B - would this be considered a ladder? It is in pretty good shape - from what I have read it appears to be almost uncirculated.

That is a RARE series you have there. 1977 $20 B - New York - Morton - Blumenthal in UNC-60 books for $400
Now add the fact that it is a Low #'d , Bookended Mini-Ladder. 00 0123 00 Potential for collectability goes WAY UP in my opinion.
Plus it has B's on both ends WOW!!! :laughing7:
