Helping a friend

My best friend died earlier this year and his wife asked for some help going through some stuff he had put aside. I'm not a collector but I said I would post anything here that I thought might have some value and see what the knowledgeable folks might have to say. I thought this silver dollar was the best piece she had:

I know even less about paper money. The red seal $2 is a 1928D. I read about people collecting bills with certain serial numbers and some of these have 3 of a kind or other poker combinations. Some are close sequentially but not consecutive.



Thanks for any comments one way or the other. This isn't all of it but probably the best of them.

90M of the 53A $5 were printed. My value: $10 each.
As for your 3 Morgan and 1 Peace dollar, unless they are at least AU-55 (choice nearly uncirculated) my value would be the coins value in silver.

Thanks for that info. On the NCG coin melt value page, is that melt value listed per coin or an aggregate weight price? Is that one silver eagle worth appx. $66?

Your Priest/Anderson and Smit/Dillon one dollar bills are 'common' and will command only a slight higher value. Priest/Anderson: 2.6B prnted. S/D: 1.6B printed.

The 1918 1/2 dollar is worth about $23-$24 (the silver value) if no mint mark or an S mint mark. If a D mint mark, add $10. Again, these are my personal values.
