Lake Conroe

Is metal detecting still allowed on Lake Conroe? It's been a couple of years since I was there and it was the swimming area right off 105. Have the water levels changed any? Thanks, John

I called the park on 105 and it is allowed as i was told about a yr ago. I seen some post here in the Texas thread where it does get hunted.
