Iv'e been busy working on my boat, also exploring with it all weekend with no good finds. I went out hunting with Vino Mon. with no luck (sometimes I don't find stuff, ha lol) I took care of some things in the morning waiting for the weather to clear up and get a little warmer, then I hit my lake spot. The lake was three foot higher then normal, we had torrential rains last night. I lost count on what number ring this is, but again, another interesting and pretty ring from my honeyhole. It says Sterling Kiddiegems inside the band. Here is a quick search for a 1940's ring, looks like a match.

Enjoy the pix, GL & HH

That Cracker Jack prize is a "clicker" from 1959, and worth $32 in excellent condition... love me some old CJ, nice find!

Man, the water sure treats silver differently than dirt, doesn't it? The pre-cleaned pic looks like it is painted black. All those beaver tails says you should get some silver coins too, not just gold, because there was a lot of silver still in circulation when they were being made.:icon_thumright:

Why that's a really pretty lil bugger! Incredibly nice workmanship!

Nice digs . Thanks for the pics

I have found silver coins at this spot, just not today. The silver comes out tarnished bad, but my hillbilly zapper makes short work of them.

Never stopped, just haven't been as lucky until today, even with the work on the skiff, I still find time to hunt for treasure.

Nice finds. I like the silver ring. GL&HH!

I'm thinking you better get measured up for a wet suit Brad. It will get colder and colder and soon, I am afraid. Cold water is NOT fun.

That ring looks rather fancy for a silver one, some extra workmanship there ! Congrats on the finds =)

Beautiful ring looks old, nice design! Congrats! Lots of scooping for sure!

If you guys click on that link back on my OP, you would see it is 1940's ring, a few of the rings I found have some very intricate work to them. I'm very fond of the white gold one with the purple stone I found at the same spot.

Thanks guys!
