Hunted the beach, for the first time in a while. Found some clad, but the view 102_1584.webp102_1583.webp102_1582.webp102_1585.webp made the hunt!!

Nice finds. I may have actually MADE that Triangle Sinker if it was made in the last 15 years or so. I work for a Fishing Tackle Wholesaler in Lapeer County that at one time was one of the largest sinker manufacturers in the state of Michigan. I was made the majority of their sinkers.

Plus, we sell a crazy amount of them to stores from Port Sanilac all the way down to Port Clinton, OH. However, the majority of stores we sell to are from Port Huron to Detroit.

The triangle sinker looks like the variety that we make in the 10, 12, 16, 20, and 24 ounce range.

Does it have a "G" on it perhaps?

No G, on it. Lots of guys here in Port Huron over the years have had their own molds made, some up to 2 lbs!! People laugh when they see these sinkers we use here

Nice view - good luck on return hunts!

Nice view, thanks for sharing. I'm always happy to get a hunt in, regardless of the finds.
