flow blue china has been around since about 1820, but that piece looks newer to me because of the fine detail on the pattern and that the blue didn't flow too far as to look blotchy or runny. My guess is maybe 1900-1920 maybe. All those pieces have been beaten by water action for a long time though because all the edges are smoothed and rounded

Lots of folks would toss garbage in the lake back then, or it could have come in some fill (and God knows the history of that stuff in a place like Chicago), and washed down.

Could have even came from Pickard China Factory in Antioch, IL.
