✅ SOLVED Lamp? Fuse? What?

Found at an Independence, Missouri farm dating to 1843. Roughly the size of a quarter, I am guessing a night-light type lamp for early electric? I can see Patd 18?? possibly 70's? On bottom could be 1110? Thanks for looking. CJ

I collect lenses, and have pulled apart many projectors. This I believe would be a lamp lens, where they combined the condensing and shaping lens together, or the lamp lens magnifier. I would say pre 1960's.

my guess is its an old reflector ball from and old stop sign or railroad crossing sign and here are some in green
