land that supposedly has buried valuables

Person inherited the land.
All land on the picture.

There is a family legend that his ancestor buried paper money and valuables on it.

I have rights to dig.

Dowsing tells me:
there is buried paper money
there is no buried gold
the money is in red cross location

Any input appreciated! Thank you.

White circled area: An attraction to gold/silver/copper.
Blue circled areas: An attraction to silver.
