Large area of NJ Beach being Sieved (opportunity?!!)

Check out this story...imagine what else is in that sand when they leave it behind...you have to believe that the sieve will have larger holes to catch the ordinance, but not coins.

I do believe the entire beach area after the explosives were found was deemed illegal by a new town ordinance foribidding metal detecting. I am fairly certain the ban has not been lifted, but perhaps it was or will be.......

Certainly has to qualify for a really dumb move, dumping fuses in the ocean and then dumping them on the beach.
