Large Cent...Small Cent

I had a fun little hunt yesterday that resulted in a couple of pennies... The Deus 2 sniffed out this 1842 large cent in an area that I have been through a dozen times. The coin was about 8 inches down, but still produced a solid signal/ VDI.

The small cent was an 1859 IHP. It's not in the greatest condition, but I was quite happy to find it!

The weather in the Boston area seems to be improving...lower temps and lower humidity. It would be nice if that trend continues Happy hunting all!.

nice! that large cent is in pretty good shape bub. it managed to not completely disintegrate in our New England soil.
