Hey guys! I just wanted to share this with you! My collection is less then 1 year old. Yup I said its less then one year old. I started collecting coins and getting back into metal detecting in the month of december during my senior year. Lot of hard work and money has gone into getting all of these coins. I have been to numerous coin shows looking for large cents and other coins. Large Cents are my favorite so I am trying to get them all including all of the other coins. By the time I am 80 I hope to have the best coin collection in all of the land. Doubt that will happen but its a goal!

Anyways heres the pictures! Warning lots of pictures! Tried to get decent pics. Some of the coins will get into other pictures, so you may see some twice. Still learning camera!

Good start on your collection. I'm a Large Cent/Colonial nut myself. Forget about all the modern (after 1857) junk and concentrate on the big coppers! Join the Early American Copper group.

Nice collection, DF. I don't know why some of the the large cents are so hard to photograph. They look pretty good in real life, then they look like crap after I photograph them. Oh well...

GREAT COLLECTION!!!! A little like mine in the sense you have a little mish mosh variety!
So which ones are you focusing on staying with?
Where do you make your finds. Flea markets, pawn shops OR di you dig some up too
