Large copper & relics

Detected and old house sight in the pouring rain today. Its a spot Ive hit pretty hard before but its loaded with iron so I new there would be more there. So im going along with the little coil moving real slow around an area I kinda stayed away from before because of poison Ivy! well I get a good signal dig down and get a large cent and then right after that an eagle button. So now I decided to stick my coil right in the poison Ivy, Sure enough a nice loud large cent - quarter signal so I decide to take my chances Turned out to be just a piece of junk copper and now I itch all over Thanks for looking HH

Good stuff there!

Re: Large copper & relics

nice finds particularly the large cent, and to get rid of the poison ivy run hot water on it for as long as you can bare (ONLY ON THE RASH, and do not scrub the rash wile doing this, this is impotent), and than dab the rash with a bunch of paper towels or toilet paper until it drys use a new one regularly to not to spread the oils that cause the rash, this reduces the amount of poison ivy oils, this let's the rash dry out faster and goes away, it worked for me just last month, hope this helps

I've also heard that you have only two hours to remove the oils. After that point they have bonded to your skin and can't be removed.
