Most importantly, WELCOME to T-Net! I know nothing of rocks other than I collect up what I consider "cool ones" when out walking with the dog...yours certainly fits that category!
Now for the help I CAN provide...
There is a forum here on T-net specifically for assistance with rocks/minerals/gems which can be found at this link. While some very smart rockhounds frequent this forum, you may increase your chances of quick ID by also posting there.
