Last Couple of Hunts

Went to a park on Monday that I've done well at in the past. Not so much this time.

Yesterday I went to a spot in the forest that looked promising only to find somebody had been there recently, cans and iron in piles all around. They even forgot their shovel. I walked up on it just like that.

There didn't seem to be any targets left unearthed there so I moved on to a campground that was pretty much empty. Plenty of targets but the good stuff is evading me right now.

The ring is 18k gold electroplate.

Oh well, back at it.

Good effort. I definitely noticed this hobby has peaks and valleys. In the words of the great Jerry Reed " When you're hot, you're hot; when you're not, you're not!" Keep at it and the good stuff will turn up soon I'm sure!
