Well it has been an amazing week, back to reality tomoz! But 2 Iron Age coins, 3 hammered, countless Romans and a Roman Fly brooch is not a bad result! Would definitely recommend it!

Today was very hot 25 degrees so we wandered about in the big field, a little Shield mount, a fancy something, these 2 don’t look much, but are silver so get included, tack pins, bits of buckles, 2 modern bits, not sure what this next bit is, but it nearly blew my ears off, piece of plate, pipe, thimble and corset loop, tiny bits and watch winder, nice buttons, usual buttons, loops, my crusty Roman and ta da Himself’s hammered, which I believe is a Henry VII 1485~1509 !

Thanks as ever for coming along with us xx 🤗

Great week if recoveries, even Himself can take a bow.
Work is certainly a get in the way of more fun.
Though when you get out again it's just more special.
Thank you all the sharing and beautiful pictures.
(I was going to post my 182? Farthing- but)🤣

Excellent results in your last trip in that field for a while!
