I dug the 1916 Walking Half on 11-3-10. Property owner decided he couldn't live without it. Big bummer as this was my first Walker. Oh well, I suppose that is the risk you take when you hunt private property and the land owner is following you like a lost pup :laughing7:
The rest was the last couple outings ---> 6 Wheats - 1925, 1942, 2 x 1944, 1946 and 1953D.
Detroit Lubrication Co. cap with a Patent date of 3-30-15, Old Lipstick tube labeled Tussy-Apricot-Indelible, 1946 Livingston Co. dog tag, another Tootsie Toy fire truck, Sheffield Spoon, pocket knife, couple buckles. Not sure what the blade thingy is yet labeled J.CHAPMAN THERESA, N.Y. PATENT
Had many "firsts" this year and can not wait to hit it again. Come on Spring!!

Heartbreaker about that Walker, Brent....congrats on all the wheats and old relics.....that toy truck/trailer is cool! Can't wait for spring myself, maybe we'll get a warm thaw this winter. D

Its tough when the owner wants to follow you around. I've only had it happen a few times. One place I hit a few years back, I let the guy borrow a back up detector I had at the time and let him swing around while I did too. Worked out well. Congrats on the finds.

Great finds! Sorry about the half! I believe you will be blessed with a better keeper before you know it! :icon_thumright:

Nice finds, also sorry about the half. I ask up front what the property owner will let me keep of the finds. One old, old house the owner said I could detect but he got to keep everything I found. I told him thanks, but I like to detect to find things to keep in my collection. Hope you find a bunch more goodies in the spring!

Sweet finds bro, and man what a heartbreaker on that walker, you know it made me sick to my stomach....uhhhgg! So sorry about that, but man I know you had a great year for firsts!! Congrats brother!

Nice finds Brent! :icon_thumright: Great relics and coins. Too bad about the Walker....I'd be bumming too. :P Here's to another year of great finds and more firsts! :occasion14:
